Terms of Service

Stay Techy is in early access. These terms govern use of the product during that period. A full legally-reviewed master service agreement will replace this page before general availability; we'll notify each early-access organization by email before any material change takes effect.

Early-access use

During early access, Stay Techy is provided free of charge. No credit card is required to create a workspace. We may introduce paid plans later; we will notify you in writing at least 30 days before any billing begins and give you the option to export or delete your data if you choose not to continue.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping account credentials secure, for the lawful use of the product, and for obtaining any consents you need to store client information in Stay Techy. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the service, interfere with other customers' workspaces, or upload content you don't have the rights to store.

Our responsibilities

We'll operate the service with reasonable care, keep the data you entrust to us private and encrypted, and be transparent about outages and incidents. During early access we target best-effort availability rather than a contractual SLA.

Termination

You can terminate your workspace at any time by emailing staytechy.com@gmail.com. On termination we will provide a data export on request and delete your workspace data within 30 days.
