Privacy Policy

Stay Techy is in early access. This page describes how we collect, use, and protect data during that period. A full legally-reviewed policy will replace this page before general availability — we'll notify every early-access organization by email before any change takes effect.

What we collect

Account information you provide (name, work email, organization name, role), content you create inside your workspace (tasks, notes, incident records, client names, schedules), and basic usage telemetry (which pages load, which mutations succeed or fail) needed to keep the product running.

How we use it

Workspace content is used only to deliver the product to your organization. Telemetry is used only to diagnose errors and improve reliability. We do not sell data, and we do not use your workspace content to train third-party AI models.

Data handling and security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to a small number of named engineers and audited. We aim to align our practices with HIPAA's Security Rule; a formal BAA is available on request for organizations that need one.

Your rights

Admins can export or delete their organization's data at any time by emailing staytechy.com@gmail.com. We will respond within 5 business days.
